A little bit about me :

My passion for athletics, sports performance and great fitness started at an early age. Now, I want to help others achieve their personal fitness goals. I have been a personal trainer for two years now and am enjoying every minute of it. Helping people achieve their personal fitness goals has rewarded me in many ways.

It is important to me to take as many professional development courses and certifications as I can to ensure that I am always at the top of my game. I am dedicated in furthering my education and I want to deliver the best fitness regimen to my clients.
